Our primary goal of Three Creeks Pediatric Dental Surgery Center is to be the best alternative for children who otherwise cannot be treated under traditional dental means or who require additional care.

The type of care we provide is for children who:
- Are pre-communicative or pre-cooperative
- Have had a traumatic dental experience
- Exhibit a high level of apprehension or anxiety
- Have developmental disabilities
- Have extensive dental needs
By using a variety of kid-friendly techniques, we approach dental surgery unlike anyone in the Vancouver area of Washington.

Anesthesia is led by a board-certified physician anesthesiologist from the Columbia Anesthesia Group. Recovery is supervised by a PALS-certified registered nurse who will provide one-on-one care in a fully functioning recovery room.

Dr. David Neil, DDS
Dr. David Neil, DDS
Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist/Orthodontist-PALS certified
Dr. Neil is a board-certified pediatric dentist and board-eligible orthodontist. After earning a bachelor’s degree from BYU, his DDS at Northwestern University in Chicago, and an AEGD program in Virginia, he spent three years serving as a dentist in the US Navy, mostly on a ship off the coast of Italy.
He then completed his residency at UCLA, where he earned specialty certificates in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. Working on the Legacy Emmanuel Cleft Lip and Palate Team, Dr. Neil utilizes both of his specialties in improving children’s lives.

Dr. Neil likes spending time with his family in beautiful Vancouver, especially when the sun is shining. He, his wife Alisa, and their eight children love to explore the Pacific Northwest, where they frequently go hiking, sailing, and fishing as a family.
He is an active member of the AAPD, AAO, ADA, WSDA, and Clark County Dental Society.

Dr. Todd Hillyard brings his energy for life to his work. He earned his DDS from the University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating with magna cum laude honors, and completed a specialty residency in Pediatric Dentistry at UCLA. In addition, he is a board-certified pediatric dentist, and is an active member of the local, state, and national
dental societies.
He has a special place in his heart for kids with special needs. His younger brother, Matt, has down syndrome and his son, Matthew, is a sensory-seeker with autism, apraxia, and other delays.

Dr. Todd is happily married to Julie McAllister, a Vancouver native. Together with their three kids, they enjoy hiking, biking, and exploring the world.

Pediatric Dentist- PALS certified
Dr. Justin Heaton is from Idaho Falls, ID. He earned his Bachelor degree from BYU-Idaho. While there, he met his wife Stacey who grew up in the Pacific Northwest. Dr. Justin attended dental school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. While in dental school, he joined the US Air Force. While in the Air Force, Dr. Justin completed a one year residency at Biloxi Air Force Base in Mississippi. Dr. Justin and his family were then stationed in Okinawa, Japan for two years and absolutely loved their time there. He completed his pediatric training at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri and is board eligible. He is an active member of the AAPD. Dr. Justin and his family enjoys being outdoors, camping, hiking, traveling, exploring new parts of the world and everything Disney.
